Step 1: Complementary Consultation
Meet with Lynne in person or via phone call to discuss your property, your goals, and the services that best fit your needs.

Step 2: Property Assessment
Lynne will evaluate your property's rental value, discuss current market conditions, and identify any recommendations to help prepare for your property for successful marketing.

Step 3: Marketing Your Property 
Your property will be professionally advertised, inquires will be managed, and qualified prospective tenants will be scheduled for viewings.

Step 4: Careful Tenant Screening
Applications are carefully reviewed through credit checks through TransUnion, reference checks, employment verification, and rental history to help find suitable tenants.

Step 5: Lease Preparation & Ongoing Support
Once the right tenant has been selected, all lease documents will be prepared and explained. We coordinate every aspect of the move-in process, including key handover, and ensure the tenant has arranged tenant insurance and utility accounts before receiving possession of the property. A detailed move-in inspection and walkthrough is then completed with the tenant.
